A Letter from the past Free Conscience President
January 4, 2006
The Washington state employees and Free Conscience who are being forced to be represented by WFSE in the current government sponsored extortion plan have begun the process of filing a class action lawsuit. The National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation has graciously offered their services at no cost. The basis of the suit against WFSE is violation of the First and Fourteenth Amendment rights, we are asking for immediate injunctive relief. The suit being filed against WFSE as the recognized monopoly bargaining representative for at least 33 different bargaining units ONLY affects employees in those units.
ATTENTION WPEA REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES
Employees that fall under the WPEA bargaining units who seek equitable relief MUST file a separate lawsuit. Anyone that is in this category can begin the process by contacting:

DO IT TODAY, THE LONGER YOU WAIT THE STRONGER THEIR HOLD. We at Free Conscience will do whatever we can to assist you in your endeavors but we can’t file for you. Together we can remove this burden placed upon us for no other reason than profit (not ours). Sign up with Free Conscience specify which bargaining unit you’re in and whether or not you wish to become part of the WPEA Group mailing list, that way we can help you find each other and organize. Remember this fight is winnable!
