On a wet and windy morning at 11AM in Olympia, Attorneys from the National Right to Work Legal Foundation held a Press Conference to announce the filing of a Class-Action Lawsuit filed in Spokane on Wednesday March 15, 2006 against the Washington State Federation of State Employees.

Speakers were Kim Johnson of the Department of Labor and Industries, who has refused to pay the union and is being terminated from employment as a result effective May 1, 2006; Maxine Dunkelman, fired by the Department of Health; and Pat Woodward, fired by the Department of Licensing.

On hand for the conference were Washington State Employees, Supporters of Washington State Employees and News Crews from KOMO TV, KIRO TV, KING TV, The Olympian, the Spokesman-Review, and more...

It is our hope that people who support our constitutional rights will become aware of our cause, educate themselves and join in our fight to do the right thing.

Thank you all for your support .
