Who started this Site?   Cheryl Conn.

I worked as a vocational services consultant at the Dept. of Labor and Industries, out of the Spokane Service Location for over 11 years..  Although WFSE has accused those in opposition to compulsory union dues and/or fees as being exploited or funded by millionaires and billionaires, Free Conscience was established in September 2005 by yours truly, a line staff, service delivery level state employee with less than $25 in my savings account.  The first "we" was "me, myself, and I".  I used to live paycheck to paycheck.  Now I am looking for a way to earn a living without having to compromise my ethics and morals.

The organization Free Conscience consists of individuals contributing what they can to our cause, and we have participants who obtain assistance from other organizations like National Right to Work and Evergreen Freedom Foundation.  However, ownership of this place in cyberspace (www.freeconscience.org) is my responsibility.  Not all views expressed on the web site are necessarily mine, or shared by all. The site is here for educational purposes.  Not everyone will find value in every item on this site, some may be offended by some items on this site, and any one who wants to pay for a web site is free to build one!

Because I donate this web site for the use of Free Conscience efforts, I can vouch for its authenticity and meager financial resources.  No millionaire or billionaire has offered to fund this site. Any money or services donated to the organization named Free Conscience will be used for other business related expenses, such as printing informational materials, travel expenses related to the cause, legal fees, or whatever the volunteer Board of Directors decides is necessary.  This site is my donation as a public service to anyone who cares about freedom of association.

Best Regards,

Cheryl Conn, Founder of Free Conscience
