Lawsuits were filed against both WPEA and WFSE for illegal actions in the 2005 vote that required a security clause that forced all state employees to pay to these organizations.  See www.fairwa.org for more details

Decertification efforts will begin across the state in Jan. 2011.  See decertification tabs for up to date information on progress for each agency along with the agency contact.  During decertification efforts we have organizational meetings the 2nd Weds. of each month.  Send your information thru the contact us tab to get more involved. We will need at least one person from each agency to file the decertification cards with PERC.  No experience required.

Be sure to file your non association petition.  Please contact us or PERC for information on how to declare your non association with your union.
