1973

That was the last time L&I employees voted on whether or not they wanted a union to represent them.

That was 36 years ago!  Were you here then?  Chances are, no!

Isn’t it time that, WE, the employees of TODAY make that decision?!  We can!  It’s called DECERTIFICATION!  And it’s the Democratic process that assures the majority vote prevails.

Through a DECERTIFICATION Vote, we can…

P   Choose to Keep the current union,     Or

P   Select a NEW union,     Or

P   Remove the Union entirely.

To get this DECERTIFICATION vote, we ALL need to sign a Decertification Card/Form.  If we don’t get the signatures, the powers that be won’t know we want a vote.  If you do nothing, nothing changes.

If you want change, you need to sign a card/form today.  If you don’t know anyone who has these forms, go to www.FreeConscience.org.  Download one, sign it, and mail it today.  We only have until the end of March to get these forms tallied and delivered to the powers that be.

NOTE:  the UNION will NOT have access to these cards!
