Taking A Stand

A Site For Washington State Employees and Those Who Support Them In The Pursuit of Preserving Our Constitutional Rights and Doing What's Right.

Preserving our Rights
We as individuals, believe each individual has the right to freedom of association.  This does not imply that Free Conscience is an anti-union organization.  We are anti-extortion and demand due process for every individual in matters of association.

We have a YAHOO group  - freeconscience -  Please join this for information about current events with the group.  Thanks for your participation.

Don't forget to check out our non-association section.  Great examples and information.

WFSE is trying to collect back dues from those who have not paid.  If you are in this lawsuit, please get hold of us so we can coordinate our efforts to win this victory.

Doing What's Right

Free Conscience is a group of individual people voluntarily associated with our efforts, from diverse backgrounds, religions, beliefs and political affiliations, founded by Cheryl Conn in September 2005. Free Conscience is a not-for-profit organization on file with the Secretary of State. Our shared goal is defending our state and federal Constitutional Rights, as well as International Human Rights, and righting the wrongs perpetrated on State Employees by WFSE, other unions, and the State of Washington. Individuals participating in Free Conscience may also choose to participate in efforts of other organizations, resources, and the like, linked at the top of this page.
